BUSINESS HOURS - Tuesday-Sunday - 9AM-7PM - Closed Mondays
BOOKING RESERVATION- We require a 50% deposit for your booking. This is non refundable, but transferable within a 12 month time period. This allows us to place deposits to be in the schedule for the actors, artists, vendors that are excited to serve you at your event.
PAYMENT POLICY- We require payment in full 2 days prior to your event. This allows us to begin creating weekend schedules for the teams for the events that are fully booked. Delivery teams, actors, artists etc. all apricate creating their schedule a week or more prior.
DELIVERIES - Included with the delivery is the drop off, set up and pick up. We do all the work - you have all the fun! We do our best to honor your requested time frame. All delivery times are approximate. We book out early and quickly. We have 2 to 3 delivery teams and your time frame may be slightly altered to accommodate the schedule. We are grateful for and appreciate your patience with deliveries.
CLEANING DEPOSIT - For each Bounce House rental- we will collect a Cleaning Deposit of $150 per unit and $100 per concession and/or costume upon delivery. This can be in the form of cash or check made to Coba's Creations, LLC. Your deposit will be returned upon inspection when your unit is picked up at the end of your rental period. Please DO NOT DEFLATE the bounce house before we arrive (unless raining). The unit must be clean - no mud, no pop, no beer or any beverages, no food, no face paint, no silly string,, no candy! No balloons, yard debris or trash in the unit. We expect the Bounce House/Obstacle Courses/Slides, to be returned clean! Cleaning deposits will be forfeited if this is policy not honored.
DAMAGE TO INFLATABLES
IF LIABILITY INSURANCE IS PURCHASED DURING YOUR BOOKING PROCESS – The equipment and/or costume must be free from tears, slices and holes other than noted by Coba's Creations, LLC upon pick up. When liability insurance is purchased with the rental, the insurance covers up to $500.00 in damages. Damages in excess of $500.00 will be documented in detailed fashion with photos/reports and handled separately.
IF LIABILITY INSURANCE IS NOT PURCHASED DURING YOUR BOOKING PROCESS - the client remains responsible for all damages to the equipment and/or costume.. Damages will be documented in detailed fashion with photos/reports and damages under $500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. Any portion (or all) of the remaining Cleaning Deposit will be applied towards damages. Damages in excess of $500.00 will be handled separately.
WEATHER POLICY - Coba’s Creations LLC cannot guarantee weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have reason to believe that our clients and/or equipment may be in danger. This would include severe weather conditions such as high winds, rain, snow, thunder, and/or lightning. In the event of severe weather during a rental, customer agrees that he/she/they will disconnect the blower, move it to a dry location and allow the inflatable to deflate, and not use the equipment until severe weather ends. Once the inflatable is delivered we consider this to be a fulfilled rental. If bad weather is forecasted, our clients are welcome to reschedule their rental with us PRIOR TO DELIVERY for a period of one year from the date of their original rental.
CANCELLATION POLICY - If for any reason a client needs to cancel their booking with Coba's Creations, we require a 24 hour notice. As long as within 24 hours of the date of your booking, you will have ONE YEAR to reschedule your booking!
HIGH WIND POLICY- We do not rent bounce houses out if the wind is over 15 miles per hour. gusts or sustainable winds. A bounce house can and will lift off the ground and fly, even holding people inside of it. You and your guests safety is our most important thing to protect.
